Cancellation Policy

The consultation fee includes a 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable and will be charged in the event of a no-show, or if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment. To ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable migration regulations, consultations are limited to the visa applicant, their partner (where applicable), and their prospective sponsor (where applicable). Attendance by any other person must be approved in advance. To protect the privacy of all parties and maintain the integrity of the consultation process, Immigrow Migration Services does not permit the audio recording of consultations in any form without prior written consent.
